Canceling or Modifying an order
Once you have placed an order. It will be promptly processed and shipped within 48 hours or 24 hours, in reality. Therefore, it is generally not possible to cancel or modify an order once it has been submitted. However, if your order has not yet been shipped and you need to cancel or modify it, please contact us at sales@ClickYourNeed.com. We will determine if it will be possible to halt the fulfillment of the order.
Out of Stock Items:
While we make every effort to keep our Inventory up to date, we do run into certain circumstances where an item gets in high demand. In the event your order contains an item that excess quantity than we have available, we will promptly inform you if you want the item refunded or to ship at a later date.
We want you to be completely satisfied with every single one of your purchases. We believe that customer satisfaction depends on quality products and extraordinary customer service.
If you are not happy with purchased products, refunds will be available for up to 30 days from the day you receive your order. For returning the product (s), please fill out and submit the return form. We will process your return request immediately. It is great appreciate your kindly advice additional information related to item(s) you would like to return such as suggestions, recommendations for shipment type or method for returning.
Following this step, we will send you a return confirmation e-mail .Please print out this e-mail and send it back with the returned item.
Items must be unused and in original packaging for refund. There will be a full 100% refund with no deductions if the error is ours.
Returns must be adequately packed to ensure they are not damaged in transit; otherwise, we will be unable to refund any money. Returns should be accompanied with return form, returned confirmation mail and order form.
Shipping fees and gift box charges are not refundable.

Once we receive your item, please allow 1-2 business days before you see your refund posted back to your order status. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles on your credit card statement for your credit to appear. We will email you notifying you that your credit has been issued.
Please note that any items marked "Special Sale/ Low Price" are not returnable.
Refused and unclaimed shipments Please note a $25 fee will be assessed for all refused shipments. In addition, the customer will be responsible for any return shipping charges assessed by the courier. For international deliveries, the customer will be responsible for any duty/VAT/import charges on refused or unclaimed shipments, in addition to return shipping costs. Shipping costs are not refundable on refused or unclaimed shipments.
